Golden Ring Review

Although the name refers to the "ring" of ancient Russian towns northeast of Moscow, there's nothing provincial about this towering hotel just across the Garden Ring from the Foreign Affairs Ministry skyscraper. Business travelers check in for the friendly staff, appealing and spacious guest rooms, and excellent city views, particularly from the hotel's upper floors. The 22nd-floor bar's observation point is stunning at night, and the Mediterranean restaurant on the top (23rd floor) has panoramic views.
