Kempinski Hotel Moika 22 Review
This rival to the Grand Hotel is just as elegant, and may be a bit better at service. The hotel, modern inside, has the 1853 facade of a palace. There are romantic views of the Winter Palace and two spectacular atria flood the building with light. The rooms furnished with antiques and substantial furniture, have a subtle maritime look, with navy, cream, and polished-wood detailing. You'll also find a French restaurant, a cozy tearoom, a tony lounge, a gym, and a wellness center with skyline views within.
