Dores Inn

Dores Inn Review

In a low-slung, classic white-stone building on the eastern shore of Loch Ness, this eatery serves tasty and traditional pub food. Just 8 mi south of Inverness, it sits off a pretty, quiet country road and is a good place to stop for lunch or dinner. Stick with favorites like the fish-and-chips, which are good and reasonably priced. The fancier dishes are sometimes expensive for what you get. It's busy during the summer and on weekends, so book ahead.
