Ardmor House Review

This low-key guesthouse combines the original features of a Victorian home with stylish contemporary furnishings. Rooms are fresh and modern, with an occasional antique adding some character. The friendly owner extends a warm welcome to all guests. There's a thoroughly efficient concierge service with a twist—lots of personal opinions and recommendations thrown in. The owners also have a stylish apartment at Gayfield Square in the New Town.

    Little gem in Edinburgh

We so enjoyed our stay with Robin and Jack (and Tracy the housekeeper and Lola the charming little dog). The room was lovely and quiet overlooking the garden and breakfast was extensive with some unique choices other than the standard Scottish breakfast. The potato waffles were yummy. Location was very good, the bus stopping almost at the door making driving in Edinburgh unnecessary. Would recommend!
