This glass-walled building is perched on the banks of the West Sands. Formerly the site of an open-air theater, the kitchen, visible to all diners, creates a sense of drama all its own. The food is adventurous without being flashy: start with lemon and coriander Pittenweem crab, then move on to sea bass with celeriac purée.
