Pull up a chair to one of the marble-topped tables in this former bank building and soak up the genteel Scots charm. This South Side favorite serves a splendid tea with mouthwatering cakes. There's a healthy dash of cosmopolitan flair to boot: alongside the all-day breakfast menu are lamb tagine and chicken dopiazza. The £11.95 two-course dinner is a real bargain.
