Café-Gallery Cossachok

Café-Gallery Cossachok Review

At this spacious and quirky restaurant, the Russian owner pays homage to her homeland (and other Eastern European countries) in a menu that includes delicious blintzes, savory beef Stroganoff, and a Moldavian vegetable stew called gouvetch. There is, of course, a variety of chilled vodkas from which to choose. The colorful shawls stretched across the ceiling, the hand-carved furniture, and the jewelry on display add to the festive atmosphere. On Sunday nights there's live music, from tango to jazz.
