The restaurant encompasses a series of rambling caves colorfully decorated in quasi-Moorish style by charming owner Francisco Saborido. The eccletic menu includes an array of dishes reflecting Moorish, Andalusian, and Jewish influences. House-made wine is available, as is a daily special that features whatever is fresh in the market that day, such as vegetable cous-cous or creamy ajo blanco (cold soup with almonds and garlic). Fresh fruit is from the owner's orchard.
