Behind this traditional upper-Rambla facade lies a surprisingly whimsical interior with marble floors and Chagall-esque vignettes on the columns and the ceiling. The rooms are pastel in hue and vary widely in design from traditional decor like painted headboards, camelback couches, and oil paintings, to a paired down contemporary style, minimal except for the velvet bedspreads. Likewise, guests run the gamut from hip honeymooners to discerning retirees. The roof-terrace bar has panoramic views.
