Carpe Diem Lounge Club is a combination restaurant, chill crash pad, and nightclub, with spectacular views over the beach and a continuously open kitchen from 1 pm until 1 am every day of the year. The cuisine is jumble of Asian fusion, with everything from the 120-piece sushi selection to Kobe beef from Japan to fiery Indian curry. A plate of jamón iberico de bellota (acorn-fed Ibérico ham) is also a sound choice here, as are fresh Mediterranean and Atlantic fish from llenguado a la plancha (grilled sole) to lubina a sal (sea bass baked in a carapace of salt).
