Monte Igueldo
Monte Igueldo Review
A visit to Monte Igueldo, on the western side of the bay, is a must. You can walk or drive up or take the funicular (€2.70 round-trip), which runs from 11:30 am to 9 pm in summer and 11 to 6 in winter, with departures every 15 minutes. From the top, you get a bird's-eye view of the panorama for which San Sebastián is famous: gardens, parks, wide tree-lined boulevards, Belle Epoque buildings, and the bay itself.
