Mesón Casas Colgadas Review
Run by Pedro Torres Pacheco, the celebrated restaurateur who has done much to promote Cuenca's cuisine, this restaurant offers local produce, fish, and a variety of game during hunting season, all with an upscale vibe. The sleek and modern white dining room in one of the iconic, gravity-defying Casas Colgadas, next to the Museum of Abstract Art. There are fantastic views of the other hanging houses and the plunging gorge below—not for the acrophobic!
