Girona
Getting Here and Around
There are more than 20 daily trains from Barcelona to Girona (continuing on to the French border). Bus service to the city center is limited, but there are frequent Barcelonabus buses to Girona airport that take an average of 75 minutes and cost €12 one-way, €21 round-trip. Girona airport is also a destination for flights from London via the no-frills Ryan Air. Getting around the city is easiest on foot or by taxi; several bridges connect the historic old quarter with the more modern town across the river.
