Croquetes casolanes (homemade croquettes) of ham, seafood, and wild mushrooms or carpaccio de vedella amb poma, nous i cingles de bertí (beef carpaccio with apple, walnuts, and a local blue cheese) are typical starters on this rapidly changing seasonal menu. Entrées feature grass-fed beef from Girona, lamb, duck, and a variety of Mediterranean fish and seafood.
