La Despensa del Castuo Review
For some of the best tapas in Mérida, try this local favorite just 50 yards from the entrance of the Museo Nacional de Arte Romano. One of the specialties is local morcilla de Guadalupe, black sausage made in the nearby town of the same name. It's worth a wait for a table outside. The restaurant is open until midnight every day but Sunday, when it closes at 7 pm.
