Dining in this 18th-century building behind Praza do Obradoiro is worth the splurge. Hake with green pepper broth, shoulder of suckling pig in a mayonaisse-like gribiche sauce, and other refined dishes based on local ingredients are the rule. The prix-fixe meal ($$$$)—there is no à la carte—consists of a selection of six main dishes and two desserts. For wine, try the Pedralonga, a white Albariño from the Rías Baixas, which is rare in restaurants.
