Parador de Baiona Review

This baronial parador, built on a hill inside the walls of a medieval castle, has plush rooms; some have balconies with ocean views toward the Islas Cíes. The restaurant serves fine seafood; try a sampler of entremeses variados (mixed appetizers) or a parrillada de pescados (grilled swordfish, salmon, and cod).

Overpriced for the view, which was spectacular

Definitely more expensive than necessary for the type of room we stayed in, but the views and the peninsula it sits on is stunning. We ate dinner there, which was also a bit overpriced for what we got, but it was still very enjoyable and the staff attentive.
