This graceful 17th- to 19th-century manor house, on the banks of the Miño river 14 km (8 miles) south of Lugo, is filled with rustic but comfortable rooms. The heavy ceiling beams, wooden columns, exposed stone, chestnut floors, and hand-painted sinks and crockery make for pleasant surroundings.
