Antique embroidered bed linens, shelves with knickknacks, and comfy chairs: this is an English vision of a peaceful and secluded rural retreat, and the glory of Biniarroca is its Alice in Wonderland garden of irises, lavender, and flowering trees. The hotel's fine little restaurant ($$$-$$$$), open to the public at dinner, features classics like duck in orange-and-Grand Marnier sauce and innovative dishes like coconut tempura langoustines.
