Santuari de Lluc

Santuari de Lluc Review

The Santuari de Lluc is widely considered Majorca's spiritual heart. La Moreneta, also known as La Virgen Negra de Lluc (the Black Virgin of Lluc), can be found in the 17th-century church. The museum has an eclectic collection of ceramics, paintings, clothing, folk costumes, and religious items. Between April and August, a children's choir sings psalms in the chapel at 11:15 am and 4:45 pm on weekdays and at 11 am for Sunday mass. The Christmas Eve performance of Cant de la Sibila (Song of the Sybil) is an annual choral highlight.
