Bodegas Binifadet Review
The most promising of the handful of new Minorcan wineries, with robust young reds and whites on the shelves all over Minorca. The owners have expanded their product line into sparkling wines, olive oil, jams and conserves, and wine-based soaps and cosmetics. Well worth a visit, the winery is open for tastings May to October, Monday to Saturday 10 to 10, with tables (weather permitting) on the terrace.
