Norda Bar and Grill Review
Opened in 2012 in an old post office that's now a Clarion Post Hotel, Norda Bar & Grill combines American-east-coast style with locally sourced ingredients from Sweden's west coast. The menu, overseen by the superstar chef Marcus Samuelsson, includes such classics as porterhouse steaks, shrimp sandwiches, and Norda's special hamburgers, which are made with locally sourced beef, thick bacon slices, and hand-cut fries.
