Skokloster Slott

Skokloster Slott Review

About 20 km (12 mi) northwest of Sigtuna and accessible by the same ferryboat from Stockholm is Skokloster Slott, an exquisite baroque castle with equally exquisite grounds. Commissioned in 1654 by a celebrated Swedish soldier, Field Marshal Carl Gustav Wrangel, the castle is furnished with the spoils of Wrangel's successful campaigns.
