Mathias Dahlgren Review
From the elegant modern dining room to what's on the plate—simple, artistically rendered local food that its eponymous chef has dubbed "natural cuisine"—this place doesn't disappoint. And for his trouble Dahlgren has picked up two Michelin stars since opening in late 2007. Don't miss this place—and keep in mind that prices in the bar, where lunch is served on weekdays, are much lower than in the dining room.
