Consider taking a relaxing dip in the sound at the late-19th-century Pålsjöbaden (Pålsjö Bath House) just north of town. It's a Helsingborg tradition to sweat in a sauna and then jump into the cool waters of the channel—even in winter. After an evening sauna, nearby Pålsjö Krog is a good dinner option.
