The somewhat monolithic facade, on a busy street behind the Kornhaus, contrasts totally with the clean, modern lines inside this energetic establishment. Rooms have colorful block carpeting, curved light fixtures, chairs shaped like punctuation marks, and the occasional architectural flourish such as rounded windows or sloping eaves. Most of the clientele are businesspeople but the hotel is equally suited to children (who stay free in their parents' room).
