Rheinhotel Fischerzunft Review
A Relais & Châteaux property, this lodging has a modern sheen that's welcoming but, to some, may seem a bit out of place in this medieval city on the Rhine. Of the 10 guest rooms—some in fussy florals, others in sleek, jewel-tone solids—seven overlook the river. Every guest, however, shares the lovely Rhine view at breakfast. The restaurant's mixed nautical and Asian decor reflects the chef's Franco-Chinese leanings: he trained in Hong Kong and has created a brilliant, eclectic menu.
