Farmers Market Review
St. Gallen's Saturday Farmers Market—full of farmers hawking tubes of local rapeseed mayonnaise, regional cheeses, fruit preserves, cured meats, and wine—ends promptly at noon, so be sure to get there early. A Wednesday produce market in the same square is equally busy, but the food doesn't come directly from the farmers.
