Mont Cervin Palace Review

After a complete renovation in 2012, this Leading Hotels of the World property remains luxurious, genteel, and one of Zermatt's grandes dames. Rooms and suites in the main building and connecting annexes are elegant with woodsy chalet-style touches in keeping with the mountain location. Since it's named after the iconic peak, most rooms have Matterhorn views. The main restaurant (dinner only) has a light, modern ambience with dishes to match: seasonal examples could include sea bass with white tomato mousse on lemon risotto. There's also a more casual lunch and dinner in-hotel option, Grill Le Cervin, and an Italian restaurant open only in winter. Half-board arrangements are available. The hotel will reserve covered parking in and transportation from Täsch.
