Le Tirbouchon Review
Run by oenophile Patrick Jenny, this no-frills wine shop, vino bar, and sidewalk café is a refreshing alternative to Crans' overdose of chic. The chummy local go-to houses more than 250 wines, including many lesser-known varieties of Valais wines like Humagne Rouge and Petit Arvine. Tables spill out onto the sidewalk, shared irregularly by a street market where vendors hawk local honey, meat, and cheese.
