Fodor's Review:
For a more modern take on sampling the appellations, stop in the hamlet of Rivaz. Here Bacchus, a petite wine bar that's open Thursday through Sunday from March to October from 5-9, is carved out of a stone building on the steeply graded main street. Parking, halfway between the lake and church, is in an underground garage camouflaged by the vineyards.
