In a 19th-century whitewashed former warehouse, industrial lighting, parquet floors, and the occasional strategically placed cactus set the minimalist tone for the kitchen's delicious, simple cuisine. The market determines the menu, which could be anything from veal shoulder with spring potatoes to entrecôte with tomato-basil gnocchi and seasonal vegetables. If you can't decide on a wine, you're welcome to browse downstairs in the candlelit cellar—there are about 1,000 bottles to choose from.
