In these five converted Ottoman stone houses, the clean rooms are decorated with carpets and Uzbek blankets, and some upper-level units have nice views of the river. Bathrooms are ample-size but rather basic. The hotel serves an excellent set-menu dinner, sometimes accompanied by live folk music, which can be enjoyed outside in good weather or, in colder months, in the cozy dining room carved out of the rock. Owner Osman Diler also runs a travel agency and arranges tours for guests.
