On the second floor of a building in the center of town, this restaurant has great views over the town square and the Seljuk tombs, and some of the best food you'll find in Cappadocia. The baked lamb and chicken dishes are excellent and the shepherd's salad with pomegranate dressing is memorable if you're craving some greenery. On weekend nights after 9 pm there is often traditional Turkish music, too.
