The exterior qualifies this modest choice for "an ugliest hotel in Turkey" award, but inside are large and well-maintained rooms, all with balconies, and those in front with views of Mt. Arat. The decor throughout varies and is rather faded and uninspiring, but compared to other choices in town, it's hard to do better.
