Ahmet Piristina City Archive and Museum

Ahmet Piristina City Archive and Museum Review

Just south of the Kültür Parki (Culture Park) is the Izmir Ahmet Piristina City Archive and Museum, which chronicles 7,000 years of the city's history through colorful posters with informative descriptions in English and Turkish. The museum, in Izmir's old fire station, has a special section dedicated to the history of Izmir's multiple fires and its fire brigade.
