This clean, simple hotel east of Marmaris is one of the rare establishments left in Turkey that is peaceful and right on its own little beach. It overlooks its own yacht jetty and the unspoiled, pine-clad mountains beyond. Watching the sunset over the water from the balcony of your room is what a vacation should be all about. A modest restaurant and bar mean you can enjoy a quiet evening by a lawn that leads to a pebbly beach. The rooms are small and basic—but they're not the main reason to come here. As the hotel's name implies, it is an extension of a yacht-charter business, and is popular with the European seagoing crowd, so reserve a month in advance in season. Guests may rent out small yachts to sail themselves.
