This gourmet restaurant is designed like a rich villa with sumptuous sofas and plaster-of-paris statuary, and the excellent food alone merits a stay in Kalkan. The fare is outstandingly fresh and the dishes are well thought out: even a humble lamb pie topped with phyllo pastry pops with tastes of baby onion, sesame, and mushrooms. Other specialties are pan-seared sole in champagne sauce, eggplant with cheese, and fish baked in parchment, as well as a wide variety of pastas. Tables on the terrace upstairs enjoy great views of Kalkan Bay.
