Tan-y-Foel Country House Review

Hidden away on a wooded hillside outside Betws-y-Coed, this quiet, contemporary hideaway has views over the Conwy Valley. Rooms are decorated with high-quality furnishings and bold, contemporary motifs—maybe a little too bold for some in places, such as the 1960s-style Retro Room. Chef-owner Janet Pitman prepares exquisite food with French and Asian influences.
