The Corn Mill

The Corn Mill Review

Right on the river Dee in a converted mill, this pub and restaurant with solidly good food and drink also wins high marks for its soothing setting, its use of rustic stone and wood, and the old water wheel that turns behind the bar. Dine on the deck or eat indoors, sampling stylishly updated pub fare and more, from haddock chowder to cauliflour, chickpea and almond tagine. There are light bites, too, and dessert classics such as sticky toffee pudding. The ales from small breweries are tempting. Service can be slow when things get busy, but this is a good place to unwind.
