On the banks of the River Usk between Abergavenny and Raglan, this eatery serves imaginative modern Welsh dishes in a relaxed setting. The menu makes great use of local Welsh ingredients in the leek-and-walnut soufflé and the loin of wild boar with an apple and calvados sauce. If the restaurant seems too pricey, eat at the bar—it's cheaper.
