Perhaps the most potent symbol of Cardiff's 21st-century rebirth, this upscale district is a 10-minute cab ride from Cardiff Central Station. Its museums and other attractions are clustered around the bay itself. The area can seem rather tranquil during the day, but buzzes with activity at night.
