  Exceeded my expectations

  My daughter and I arrived in the morning tired from our flights, and wanting to rest before attending the Women's Olympic Football match in Cardiff. The front desk checked with housekeeping and quickly found a room that was ready for early check in. What really impressed me, was that I had our Olympic tickets held at the hotel for our arrival, and I hadn't even gotten around to asking for them, when another desk clerk went and got them from the hotel safe and presented them to me. The room was modern and clean, and had a very nice bathroom and amenities. We enjoyed our breakfast the next morning, and when we went to check out the front desk asked if we had any transportation needs. I asked about a taxi, and she called and a taxi arrived just a minute or two after we stepped out the front door. This hotel is in a convenient location and offers wonderful anticipation of guest needs. I would highly recommend it.
