Felin Fach Griffin Review
Old and new blend perfectly in this modern country-style inn with old wood floors, comfy leather sofas, and stone walls hung with bright prints. The excellent menu makes use of fresh local produce, much of it coming from the Griffin's own organic garden, in dishes such as monkfish with chicory, Dauphinois potatoes and Pernod cream, or rib eye with bone-marrow gratin and chips. The inn is in Felin Fach, 5 miles northeast of Brecon.
