$$-$$$, Eclectic, Isla Mujeres
Fodor's Review:
This casual restaurant, with its bright tablecloths and bamboo-covered walls, has two different chefs. Starting at 7 AM, the first chef cooks up hearty breakfasts of omelets and hash browns with freshly brewed coffee. Later in the day, however, the second chef switches to Asian-fusion-style lunches and dinners, including a knockout shrimp tempura, vegetable stir-fry, and chicken satay in a spicy peanut sauce. Some evenings, there's live salsa or Caribbean music, and the place fills with locals until around midnight.
