One of Playa Norte's first hotels, this property is made up of a hodgepodge of buildings that reflects the way it's expanded over the years. Rooms in the "Castle section" have white, minimalist decor and are the brightest but face the street. Thatch-roofed cabanas by the pool are private but dark, whereas the beachfront rooms in the three-story "Tower section" have little privacy due to poor soundproofing and lots of guest traffic. Locals flock to the restaurant-bar, Buho's, for drinks and moderately priced meals. The hotel also has mopeds and golf carts for rent. The staff here is a funny mix of friendly alongside hostile.
