Fodor's Review:
Fronted by miles of secluded beach, this casual seaside cantina gets rave reviews from locals who drive out to escape the Los Cabos madness. Former Southern California restaurant owners Denny and Judie Jones serve up hefty steaks, seafood dinners, and burgers, plus a Sunday breakfast that's a big hit. To get here, turn off Boulevard Mijares at the signs for La Playa and follow the road up the hill past La Playa; it's about 10 minutes from San José in the Laguna Hills neighborhood.
