At this casual restaurant, under new management in 2011, you can behold gorgeous sunset views on the lagoon side of the island and enjoy a juicy grilled snapper. While you're comfortably ensconced in the thatch-roof dining room set partly over the water, tarpon, sting rays, and eagle rays swim up to the restaurant and wait to hear a bell, telling them food is on the way.
