Marian's Bayview Restaurant Review
On the third level of a nondescript concrete building, with a thatch roof palapa, Marian's has little atmosphere—though there is indeed a view of the bay—but the Indian and Belizean food is inexpensive and well prepared. Marian usually cooks only two or three dishes each evening, and you choose among them. It might be a freshly caught snapper seasoned with a blend of Belizean and East Indian spices or a plate of Belizean beans and rice, and they're both delicious.
