Central Valley Sights

Tortufauna Review

If your vacation is confined to the Central Valley and you don't have time to trek out to the country's famed turtle nesting sites, this conservation and protection facility is a terrific place to learn about the life and times of Costa Rica's land and freshwater turtles. The site keeps fixed hours, but you should call ahead to arrange a visit.
